How do you ensure the confidentiality and information security?
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our service in this sector. All our interim managers are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and many already hold the security clearances (such as the Personal Security Clearance – HPS) required to work with classified information.
Are your senior managers familiar with the Public Sector Contracts Act and the Defence regulations?
Yes. We assign only professionals with proven experience in the sector. They understand the complexities of public tenders, the management of framework contracts with the government, and the specific export and compliance regulations governing the industry.
What experience do you have in managing programmes for the Government (e.g. DGAM)?
Our senior managers have held senior positions with prime contractors (Tier 1) and in the supply chain (Tier 2), liaising directly with public procurement and regulatory bodies, both in Spain and within NATO contexts.
