Virtual Assistant — Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the virtual assistant available on the Global Manager Iberia website (hereinafter ‘the Assistant’). Use of the Assistant implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Nature of the service
The Assistant is an artificial intelligence tool made available by Global Manager Iberia to provide information and guidance to website visitors regarding the services offered by the group and its brands (EPUNTO Interim Management, The LIQUID finance and The LIQUID build).
The Assistant provides responses based on its own knowledge base, compiled from content published by Global Manager Iberia and the group’s expertise in interim management, financial controlling and project management.
2. Technology and data processing
The Assistant is based on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system utilising its own closed knowledge base, combined with language models from Google Vertex AI (Gemini). The infrastructure is hosted on the Google Cloud Platform, in the European Union region, with Google acting as Global Manager Iberia’s data processor in accordance with the GDPR.
- Limited knowledge base: the Assistant responds primarily based on information from our knowledge base; it may not have access to information outside this scope.
- Confidentiality: conversations are treated as confidential and are not disclosed or sold to third parties for purposes other than the provision of the service.
- No training of third-party models: the content of conversations is not used to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
3. Scope and limitations
The Assistant is designed to provide information about the group’s services, advise companies on our solutions, guide professionals interested in our network, and facilitate the arrangement of meetings with our team.
The Assistant is not a substitute for personalised professional advice. Its responses are for information and guidance purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or out-of-date information. Global Manager Iberia accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the Assistant’s responses.
4. Personal data and privacy
During the interaction, the following may be collected: the content of messages, contact details provided voluntarily (name, company, email, telephone number), the language of the conversation, and the date and time of the interaction.
This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), for the sole purpose of providing the support service and, where applicable, managing meeting requests, and will be retained for as long as necessary for these purposes. 5. Arranging meetings
The Assistant offers the option to schedule informative video calls with our team. This service is intended for potential clients with management or transformation needs; its sole purpose is to better understand the data subject’s requirements and does not constitute any contractual commitment. Meetings are held via videoconference using Google Meet.
6. Intellectual property
The Assistant, its design, its knowledge base and the configuration of the underlying technology are the property of Global Manager Iberia (GLOBAL MANAGER SPAIN, S.L. and Global Manager Portugal Unipessoal LDA). Reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation without express written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
The user undertakes to use the Assistant in good faith and for its intended purposes. It is prohibited to use it for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes; to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the knowledge base or the technology; to upload content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes the rights of third parties; or to make automated or mass use of the service.
8. Availability
Global Manager Iberia endeavours to keep the Assistant available at all times, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability. The service may be affected by maintenance work, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Amendments
Global Manager Iberia reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. We recommend that you review these terms periodically.
