Interim Management: Don’t look for a job – look for projects

On Thursday 24 January, EPUNTO Interim Management took part in an event organised by SAVIA, an innovative programme run by the ENDESA Foundation in collaboration with the MAS HUMANO Foundation, which aims to improve the employability of senior talent.

Emilio del Prado explained to the more than 80 attendees concepts such as interim management and flexible management, what project-based work entails, and the risks and strengths associated with this model in Spain.

Practical aspects, technical and contractual issues, models of the relationship between the parties, and how to work with an interim management services firm were presented by Patricio Gil.

The personal experience of Cesar Ortega, an interim manager at EPUNTO Interim Management, provided insight into the nature of the relationship in this type of service.
