Last May, EPUNTO conducted a survey of the more than 900 executives registered with its professional candidate database.

More than 55 per cent of executives have undertaken at least one interim management assignment in recent years. The opportunity to work on challenging and motivating assignments, as well as the flexibility and autonomy they offer, are the aspects most highly valued by executives.

With regard to the assessment of EPUNTO’s relationship with the interim managers carrying out the assignments, technology and digital tools stand out positively (over 75 per cent rate them as good or very good), communication (rated highly by over 75 per cent) and the personal touch and manner (rated positively by over 71 per cent of respondents).
