An ‘army’ of senior executives serving Valencian companies

EPUNTO Interim Management is offering businesses affected by the DANA a free support and guidance service to help them get back on their feet

With the focus on restoring economic activity for the affected businesses, the initiative launched on Monday 4 November by EPUNTO Interim Management continues to attract support and expressions of interest.

The origin and motivation behind the initiative, which stems from the dynamism and significance of Valencian businesses, lie in the fact that the impact of the floods is triggering a chain reaction affecting the whole of Spain (and in some cases, internationally), with consequences for the customers and suppliers of the affected businesses.

The free (pro bono) support and advisory service (senior advisor), aimed at any company affected by the DANA, primarily those with industrial operations in the industrial estates and business parks of Valencia, in the municipalities of Torrent, Picanya, Paiporta, Alfafar, or in other areas also affected, focuses on activities such as:

• Participation in and advice for crisis management committees.
• Advice on contingency plans.
• Identifying temporary alternative production sites.
• Support with the temporary relocation of production staff.
• Advice on the restoration of alternative information systems.
• Advice on logistics alternatives and supply chain reconstruction.
• Any other support and advice aimed at accelerating the resumption of economic activity.

EPUNTO Interim Management currently has a database of over 2,000 professionals with extensive managerial experience (more than 15 years) across different sectors and roles.

In less than 12 hours, nearly 100 professionals have registered to be assigned to provide services to affected companies, a figure that is set to rise significantly in the coming days.
