The Italian company Duke & Kay and the Spanish company EPUNTO Interim Management have established an Italian-Spanish cooperation framework of significant commercial value.

Executive interim management services are becoming increasingly popular in Spain and Italy, with companies in both countries carrying out all kinds of operations within the European Union. For this reason, EPUNTO Interim Management and Duke&Kay, members of the Valtus Alliance, have decided to join forces to serve their Spanish and Italian clients locally

Duke&Kay, founded in 2004, specialises in providing executive interim management services for performance improvement, restructuring and turnaround projects. Duke&Kay comprises senior partners with proven, long-standing experience in senior roles across 20 different industrial sectors. A select network of 3,000 executives with proven track records in handling complex business situations requiring rapid transformation.

For its part, the Spanish company EPUNTO Interim Management occupies a leading position in the Spanish market, having been one of the pioneering firms in this specialism of management services since 2010. Its team of industrial and commercial partners, together with more than 1,500 interim managers, is ready to resolve any situation relating – as in the case of Duke&Kay – to reorganisation, turnaround, liquidity management, M&A operations or supply chain and procurement.

Both companies are members of the Valtus Alliance, the world’s largest network of companies specialising in executive interim management.

As for trade relations between the two countries, in 2022, according to official data from the Spanish Government (DataComex), exports from Spain to Italy totalled 31,482 million. Meanwhile, imports into Spain from Italy totalled 27,908 million in the same year. As for the trade figures for 2023, they have shown growth of between 18 per cent and 23 per cent in both countries.
