EPUNTO and NUVADIS Interim join forces in Spain and Poland

Both companies will meet the management needs of Spanish and Polish firms from their offices in Madrid and Warsaw. Once again, talent management and interim management firms are proving to be a powerful tool for promoting and implementing projects at an international level. The services will also include executive recruitment to fill permanent roles.

According to the latest figures published in January 2023 by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), Poland received nearly €3,700 M in investment from foreign markets, €200 M more than in 2022. For its part, ICEX, which reports to the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, confirms in its “Economic and Trade Report. Poland 2022’, the data presented by the PAIH, highlighting that Spain is the fifth-largest investor in Poland, whilst Poland is Spain’s eighth-largest trading partner, with cumulative trade flows exceeding €12,000 M.                           

There is clearly a mutual interest in strengthening trade relations between the two countries. The Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, and the Polish Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, themselves established a formal agreement to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries at the “14th Spanish-Polish Summit” held in July 2022.

Building on this clearly upward trend and the business synergies between the two companies, the heads of EPUNTO Interim Management™, Emilio del Prado, and Nuvadis Interim™, Michał Jakubowski, have entered into a collaboration agreement and defined a cross-border working procedure to support Spanish and Polish companies with interests in both countries.
