Thanks to the leadership and effective management of the three Senior Managing Partners – Juan Manuel Gil de Escobar (general management and finance), Emilio del Prado (technology, administration and quality) and Patricio Gil Olmedo (sales and business development), and the rest of the team, EPUNTO Interim Management has established itself as one of the most disruptive and forward-thinking interim management firms in Spain and Latin America.

Planned growth

Since last April, EPUNTO has been implementing its third strategic plan (Growth Plan), coinciding with a significant increase in demand for flexible management services over the last 12 months, which has enabled the company to achieve record turnover during this period.

The first strategic plan (Start-up Plan), implemented from April 2013 to March 2016, served to position EPUNTO Interim Management as one of the leading business players in flexible management, considerably increasing the maturity and effectiveness of its services through continuous improvement and learning.

The second strategic plan (Maturation Plan), which concluded last March 2019, marked a turning point thanks to the launch of LIQUID Smart Technologies®, an ambitious project co-funded by CDTI. This technology platform, which comprehensively manages all the company’s activities, represents one of EPUNTO Interim Management’s major competitive advantages, ensuring scalability without compromising the efficiency and quality of service delivery. During this period, the company has almost tripled its turnover compared with the previous period.

Next steps

The company is currently focused on growth, both organically (by meeting the growing demand resulting from business development) and inorganically, for the remainder of 2019 and throughout 2020.
