In light of the impact of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak on our operations and ongoing relationships with clients and partners, EPUNTO Interim Management is implementing the following action plan:
General considerations
- EPUNTO Interim Management will comply with, and ensure compliance with, within the scope of its operations, the recommendations and instructions issued by the competent authorities in the territories in which it operates.
- All activities may be carried out remotely, via digital means, unless in-person attendance is strictly necessary. To this end, the use of Virtual Meeting Rooms (the teleconferencing system EPUNTO has routinely used since 2017) and remote collaboration systems will be stepped up; furthermore, agreements and contracts will be signed using electronic certificates or equivalent biometric systems.
Considerations regarding ongoing services
- For all ongoing services, planning, dedicated resources, staffing and location will be reviewed in order to flexibly agree on the best way to ensure continuity with the least possible impact.
Considerations regarding new services not yet commenced
- Services that have been contracted but not yet commenced may be reviewed to adapt the service lifecycle to the changing circumstances, on an ongoing basis in line with the evolution of the pandemic.
- Services currently being defined but not yet contracted will be examined on a case-by-case basis with clients and partners to adapt the scope to the new situation.
EPUNTO Interim Management began monitoring the situation several weeks ago and has been tracking the evolution of the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic since 24 January, analysing the available data and public information, and evaluating different forecasts based on various statistical models.
EPUNTO Interim Management hopes that its clients and partners, as well as society as a whole, will act with mutual responsibility so that the impact of the epidemic may be reduced in terms of both its duration and its economic and human consequences.
