Generación SAVIA: the power of wisdom

Generación Savia is the flagship initiative of the másHumano Foundation and the Endesa Foundation, designed to promote training, talent and employability amongst professionals aged over 50. Through this initiative, both foundations and their partners seek to promote a much-needed cultural shift amongst a group estimated at around 1 million professionals aged over 50 in Spain (source: INE, last quarter of 2017) who have been prematurely separated from their jobs. This cultural shift also offers solutions to the Spanish social and business fabric (SMEs, start-ups and NGOs), connecting them with highly skilled professionals, equipped with the talent and experience needed for their growth and development. SAVIA is a forum for discussing and generating proposals that drive social and business change in favour of senior talent, as well as a meeting point for organisations and older professionals , with a programme packed with activities and an active presence on social media.

SAVIA and EPUNTO Interim Management

Major global challenges require an enormous diversity of talent, roles and occupations. SAVIA embodies this vision and shares these values with EPUNTO; we are therefore pleased to announce the collaboration between SAVIA and EPUNTO Interim Management, which takes the form of an agreement designed to benefit seniors coming from the SAVIA platform. All SAVIA seniors with management experience will receive specific, personalised communications via the EPUNTO landing page featuring SAVIA and EPUNTO’s ‘Professional Candidate Centre’, where they can indicate that they come from SAVIA.
