Francisco López Luque, new Advisory Board Member at EPUNTO Interim Management

Francisco López has joined the new Advisory Board of the leading interim management services firm, bringing with him his extensive experience in multinational consultancy and professional services firms, start-ups and high value-added technology companies.

This appointment represents a strategic strengthening of the company’s management services, its technology spin-off, and its international growth and expansion.

About Francisco López Luque

He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Salamanca and has nearly 30 years’ experience in the technology consultancy sector.

After five years at Andersen Consulting, in December 1996 he was part of the founding team at DMR Consulting (now Everis), where he held various senior positions, including, amongst others: Head of Human Resources, Head of the Madrid office, and Corporate Head of Everis Development Centres.

In 2010, he founded everis Aerospace, Defence and Security, defining a strategy based on close collaboration with SMEs focused on technological innovation.

In 2015, he was appointed CEO of everis Initiatives, managing the everis group’s intrapreneurship capabilities and creating new companies either internally or in partnership with large corporations.

He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the everis group. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Billib (a fintech company in which Bankia and everis Initiatives hold stakes) and a member of the boards of several related companies: Embention, Toro, ISID, Fitalent, SCR …

As part of everis Initiatives, he was in charge of FiTalent, a corporate venture capital fund. Among others, it invested in several companies in the biotechnology sector: PaloBiofarma, Ability Pharma, MediBiofarma, Oncostellae.

He developed a new investment strategy based on the ‘service for equity’ model, taking equity stakes in companies across various sectors, including: Icired, SiiFacil, Ahi+, IoBuilders and BooBoo.

Member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the CEIT at the University of Navarra.
