‘Leadership and fellowship at the Valtus Alliance meeting’

Seven months after the Valtus Alliance was founded in May 2023, the companies that make up the network met in Paris to strengthen the project through personal connections and the exchange of professional and business experiences.

The representatives of 13 organisations specialising in executive interim management, all leaders in their respective countries, share a key characteristic: we are the fastest-growing companies in our sector: Duke & Kay; EPUNTO Interim Management; Incepto; ManagementFactory; Radialis; Telos; Nordic Interim; Valpeo and Valtus. We operate in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Singapore.

One of the key links between our organisations is quality. At the meeting on 8 and 9 November in Paris, we confirmed that all members of the network strive for excellence in the more than 1,000 projects we undertake each year. Our tried-and-tested procedures and international quality certifications guarantee this. Quality is what makes us leaders in our respective countries and what enables us to collaborate with alliance members in any country in the world.

Without a doubt, there is a clear ‘before’ and ‘after’ the international meeting in Paris for the Valtus Alliance. In addition to professional development, the fostering of interpersonal relationships has been one of the greatest benefits that we, as members, have taken back to our respective countries. More than 50 entrepreneurs have enjoyed, learnt and exchanged experiences regarding interim management, under the leadership of Philippe Soullier, CEO of Valtus, the founder and President of the Valtus Alliance.

The strength of the group brings the well-known adage “Alone we go faster, together we go further” to life. Indeed, the increase in international business amongst the network’s members, thanks to the planning of joint initiatives, is and will continue to be one of the benefits that the participating companies reap after joining forces in Paris. If one thing has become clear after two days of learning and joint planning, it is that the growth of the Valtus Alliance is assured, thanks to the leadership of its member companies.
