Rafael Bustamante, new partner at EPUNTO Interim Management in Spain and Portugal

At EPUNTO Interim Management, we would like to welcome Rafael Bustamante Schneider, who is joining us as a new partner.

With a professional career spanning more than 15 years following his studies at the University of Deusto, Rafael has held senior management roles in leading companies across various sectors, in both permanent and interim management positions.

His extensive professional background includes key roles at companies such as Europ Assistance, where he was Director of the Transformation Office and General Secretariat; and as an interim manager at Awin and Sidel, where he most recently held the position of Programme Management Office Director.

He has also worked at leading consultancy firms such as Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Minsait, EY, Europraxis Consulting and Wiimer – serving as director and vice-president, respectively, at the latter two.

Throughout his career, Bustamante has led strategic projects across various industries and international markets (Europe, Latin America and Asia), as well as having experience in managing operations and the expansion of start-ups and scale-ups.

Bustamante Schneider is multilingual, fluent in Spanish, English, German and Portuguese, and possesses a strong ability to manage teams in multinational environments.
