Tomás Pereda joins the Advisory Board of EPUNTO Interim Management

He will contribute his experience and insight to advise on the development of the market for interim and flexible management services within companies

Tomás Pereda Riaza has joined the new Advisory Board of EPUNTO Interim Management, a leading provider of interim management services, to contribute his vision, knowledge and extensive professional experience.

This appointment represents a strategic strengthening of the company as it continues to grow and expand its high value-added services, both in Spain and Latin America.

Tomás’s professional career over the last 35 years has always been linked to the field of people management and development, having served as Head of Human Resources at Unidad Editorial, Hertz, Iberdrola, IKEA, Merck, Leche Pascual and Dupont, amongst other companies.

For the past year, amongst other collaborations, he has been leading the initiatives of the Fundación Máshumano business network, with which EPUNTO also collaborates on the Endesa Foundation’s SAVIA project.

Tomás is a member of the Advisory Board of Kreab Spain and the Tomillo Foundation, a trustee of FUNDIPE, a collaborator with the Sagardoy Business & Law School and the Transforma España Foundation, a facilitator in Cultural Transformation at Minsait (Indra) and is a weekly contributor to the ‘Foro de Recursos Humanos’ programme on Capital Radio.
