“Using Agile in Business Transformation” is a free webinar for entrepreneurs, executives and managers. It will be led by Fernando Marañón, one of Spain’s leading experts in Agile and Scrum, and moderated by Emilio del Prado, an experienced Scrum Master and Project Owner on various projects.

Fernando Marañón has spent over 35 years working as a Director and Vice-President of Human Resources at multinational companies such as McDonald’s, Texaco and AT&T.

He is an international consultant and an expert in organisational development and strategy. As well as having published six books, he contributes to various publications and is an international speaker in Latin America (Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia) and Spain.

An International Scrum Master, he has created his own management model, Scrum Innovation, to help organisations adopt an agile and innovative culture across the board. He is also an International Coach certified by the European School. He has delivered coaching programmes in Spain for General Managers of public and private companies.

Founding Partner of “The Roadmap to Agile”. A personal venture through which he makes his expertise available to the business community.
