‘Leadership and camaraderie at the Valtus Alliance meeting’

Seven months after the formation of the Valtus Alliance in May 2023, the companies that make up the network met in Paris to strengthen the project through personal connections and the exchange of professional and business experiences.

Representatives from 13 organisations specialising in interim management – all leaders in our respective countries – share a key characteristic: we are the fastest-growing companies in our sector:

Duke & kay; EPUNTO Interim Management; Incepto; Management Factory; Radialis; Telos; Nordic Interim; Valpeo and Valtus. We operate in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Singapore.

One of the key links between our organisations is quality. At the meeting on 8 and 9 November in Paris, we confirmed that all members of the network strive for excellence in the more than 1,000 projects we undertake each year. Our tried-and-tested procedures and international quality certifications bear this out. Quality is what makes us leaders in our respective countries and what enables us to collaborate with other members of the alliance in any country around the world.

There is undoubtedly a ‘before’ and ‘after’ the international meeting in Paris for the Valtus Alliance. As well as professional enrichment, the strengthening of interpersonal relationships has been one of the greatest gifts that we, as Partners, have taken back to our respective countries. More than 50 business leaders have enjoyed, learnt from and exchanged experiences relating to executive interim management, under the leadership of Philippe Soullier, CEO of Valtus, the driving force behind and President of the alliance. The strength of the group brings to life the well-known adage: “Alone we go faster; together we go further”. Indeed, the growth in international business amongst the network’s members, thanks to the planning of joint initiatives, is proving – and will continue to prove – to be one of the benefits that the participating companies are reaping after joining forces in Paris. If one thing has become clear after two days of learning and joint planning, it is that the growth of the Valtus Alliance is assured, thanks to the leadership of its member companies.
